Buyer Account

Buyers can browse the listings, create a list of favourite listings and email listings to friends. Buyers can not put properties up for sale.

Seller Account

Sellers can do everything buyers can, plus list properties for sale. There are 5 levels of service for each listing:

• Bronze - monthly subscription for a residential listing with property specifications, description and location.
• Silver - Bronze plus 1 picture and a downloadable brochure.
• Gold - Silver with 6 pictures and the ability to list a rental property too.
• Platinum - Gold with 10 pictures and a virtual video tour.
• Multi-Platinum - Platinum level until the property is sold

Agent Account

All agent/brokers are at the equivalent of the 'Multi-Platinum' level of seller and have 4 options:

• up to 5 properties
• up to 10 properties
• up to 20 properties
• up to 50 properties
